Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you shoot film or digital?

We only shoot digital images. This allows us to customize all your favorite shots, and personalize them with our Image Enhancements.

2. What forms of payment do you accept?

Currently we only accept Check, Cash or Money Order payments.

3. Do you have a studio or do you go on location?

We currently work from our home. However, our business license does not allow us to have portrait sessions on the premises. So, we do all our shoots on location, either at your home or another location of your choosing. Wherever you feel comfortable! We do have fully portable studio lighting equipment and backdrops for beautiful indoor pictures as well as equipment for outdoor portrait sittings.

4. Are you available during the week for photo sessions or just weekends?

We do the majority of our work on Saturdays and Sundays, but we are available during the week as well. However, we ask for at least two weeks notice for any portrait session.

5. Do you charge mileage here in town?

No. We only charge mileage for portrait sessions that are outside of the Las Vegas/Henderson Metro area...ie. Pahrump, Boulder City, or Reno.

6. Do you have any portrait packages for prints?

No. We have come to realize that we will never know exactly what you want/need when it comes to prints. Therefore, we only offer our prints A La Carte. This way you may order exactly what you want/need in any size and quantity you desire.

7. What is an Image Enhancement?

An Image Enhancement is a special feature or customization of an image. This can be a Border, Hand Tinting, Collage, or much more. Please visit our Image Enhancement example page.

8. Do you offer our portraits on CD?

Yes and no. We do offer a Negative Release that will allow you to receive your images in High Resolution on a CD. However, this is a separate purchase from your portrait session. CD's of your images are NOT included with your portrait session.

9. Can I forward my proof link on to family & friends?

Yes! Please feel free to forward your proof email and link on to all your friends and family. This will allow them to purchase the images they wish to have, and save you time and money in having to choose for them.

10. Can I reorder prints at a later date?

Yes. Our proof albums will remain online for approximately 30 days. Then they will be taken down. If you find that you need more time or need to reorder prints, simply send us an email message, and we will relist your proof album online for another 30 days. It does not matter if it's a month later, or a year later...your images will always be available for reorder.
