1. Do you shoot film or digital?

~ We only shoot digital images. This allows us to customize all your favorite shots.

2. Do you have a studio or do you go on location?

~ We do not have a studio location at this time. We currently run our business from our home and do all our portrait sessions on location.

3. Are you available during the week for portrait sessions?

~ Yes. However, we do require at least two weeks notice for any portrait session. Please review our availability calendar for dates we have open.

4. Do you charge mileage?

~ We only charge mileage for portrait sessions outside of the Las Vegas/Henderson Metro area...ie. Pahrump, Boulder City, or Reno.

5. Why don't you offer portrait packages for prints?

~ We have come to realize over the years that we will never know exactly what you need when it comes to prints. Therefore, we only offer our prints A La Carte. This way you may order exactly what you need in any size and quantity you desire.

6. Can I forward my proof link on to family and friends?

~ Yes! Please feel free to forward your proof email link on to all your friends and family. This will allow them to purchase their own images, and save you time and money.

7. Can I reorder prints at a later date?

~ Yes. Our online proof albums are available for viewing and ordering for 40 days. If you later find you need to reorder prints, please let us know. Your album can be relisted at a cost of $30.00 for another 30 days.

8. Do you retouch the images?

~ Each image is carefully reviewed. At NO cost to you, we retouch our images for facial softening of blemishes, lines, wrinkles, & scars for each person to make them look their best. This free service is separate from our Image Enhancements.

9. How many images to you normally take in one photo session?

~ For a typical 2 hour photo session we average around 75 images for you to view and order from. A typical 1 hour photo session averages around 45 images.

10. Can I get all my images on CD?

~ Yes! We offer for purchase all images in high resolution on CD for $500 or you may purchase individual images on CD for $25.

11. What is a Social Networking CD?

~ A Social Networking CD is a CD of all your images in low resolution for placing on social networking sites such as Facebook or MySpace. Each image has a digital frame and our watermark logo embedded on it. This CD is NOT suitable for prints as the image size is much too small to produce a quality print.
