As your photographer, my goal is to provide you with simple, clean, and stunning images that capture your radiant beauty. Whether it is during your pregnancy, the birth of your precious child, or a sweet little newborn session, my goals are always the same…to capture pure love during this miraculous time in your life.
When you enter our private home studio, you find a light, bright and comfortable atmosphere. You are our guest, and we want you to feel like you are at home in our home. Coffee, Tea, Juice and Water are always readily available if you need, and for those of you experiencing a sleepless night with your newborn, we even offer a comfy couch to nap on.
We prefer to capture your beautiful Belly sessions between 30 - 36 weeks in your pregnancy, earlier for mommas expecting multiples. However, please know that I understand how scheduling can be difficult, and I am more than happy to accommodate you later into your pregnancy as needed.
For Newborn sessions, I prefer to see your precious babe between 5 - 10 days of age, when baby is sleepiest. However, I completely understand how hectic life can be with a new little one, and am more than happy to provide a newborn session as late as 3-4 weeks of age.
Birth sessions always depend on when your baby decides to make his/her grand entrance. I do go “on-call” for birth sessions starting at 36 weeks and will remain so until baby has arrived safely in your arms.
All photo sessions with E3 Photography Studio are required to meet for a planning consultation and studio tour before your session date. This allows me to customize your session to your specific wants and needs, giving you a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience.
During this planning consultation we will discuss wardrobe choices, posing styles, and props, as well as possible products that would make an excellent addition to your home. I also like to go over your ideas and expectations for each session, and give helpful hints on how we can work together to achieve your vision.
Wardrobe & Props
A variety of Maternity gowns, robes, wraps and dresses are available for use in our private collection, as well as bonnets, tie-backs, headbands, and outfits for baby. We provide a multitude of various backdrops, blankets, furs, baskets and textured props for use with kids of most any young age.
However, while I am more than happy to provide you with everything you might possibly need for your photo session, I do love it when you provide personal items of deep meaning to you...hand-made blankets, daddy’s fireman hat, baby booties knitted by great-grandma, or adorable ultra sound images. I love to make your images personal, and for you to show me what matters to most you.
After your session, each image is professionally retouched for the utmost quality. At no additional cost to you, we retouch your images for facial imperfections to create a natural clean look.
Further extensive alterations after this retouching process may be done at an additional cost of $75 per alteration requested.
When your images are ready, you will receive an email to schedule your Viewing & Ordering Consultation. During this consultation we will sit down together and go over all of your images in great detail. You will personally pick out your complimentary social media shares, check out our amazing heirloom products, and we will help you place your first order.
All orders placed during your Viewing & Ordering consultation will receive a special extra discount.
After your viewing consultation, you will be emailed a link with an access code to your private online proofing gallery that is open to you for 4 years of additional viewing and ordering. This gallery link may also be shared with your friends and family at anytime for their viewing and ordering pleasure. After your gallery has expired at 4 years, the gallery and all images will be deleted from our system.
Heirloom Prints & Products
As a professional, I truly believe your images deserve to be displayed as works of art in your home. Our heirloom Prints & Products are an investment for future generations to look back on with great love and awe.
Most of our sessions include a variety of Print Credits, Canvases and Digital Files, with a la carte items always available for additional purchase. There is no limit on poses, sizes, or quantity with any order you make. However, all orders are subject to the State of Nebraska Sales Tax.
Your custom designed products will be proofed in a private online gallery linked to your account, and you will have the capability to approve, revise or reject any and all proofs until we create the perfect product to match your vision. All custom designs can take 4-14 days to create, with an additional processing and shipping time of up to 2 weeks from our lab.

5 Tips to an Amazing Photographic Experience!
Finding the right photographer can be super overwhelming. So many questions run through your head. How many photos do I need? Where am I going to put my photos? How much is this going to cost me? What do we wear? How could anyone get a toddler and a newborn in the same shot?
As a mom myself, I can totally empathize with the stress you might go through when looking for the right photographer. That is why I have come up with a short list of tips that have helped my clients create the most amazing photography session possible.
1. Find your own style.
This is probably the hardest part. Like most of us, you are probably a mix of different styles. From my experience, the best way to find YOUR style is to look at the clothes in your closet & the furniture throughout your house. Are you attracted to traditional or contemporary pieces? Do you like symmetry or eclectic arrangements? Bright colors or muted? Rustic or modern? Look around your home and come up with 3 words that you would say define your style the best. Have those words handy when you are looking up photographers for your next session. Your photographer’s style should match pretty close to your own personal style, making your images the perfect accessory for your home.
2. Know your budget.
Yeah, a budget is kind of a bummer, but knowing your budget will allow you to walk away from your photography experience feeling like you won the lottery and not like you lost the farm.
With that being said, let’s be real. If you are looking for a legitimate professional business…a business that pays taxes, insurance, professional memberships, and has vast education and experience in the field of photography, it is not going to be cheap. There are major expenses to running a business. No matter how passionate a person is about photography, they still have bills to pay. So please keep a realistic expectation.
While there is a photographer for every budget, don’t ever settle for something you aren’t in love with. Sit down with your photographer. Ask about fees, prices of prints, payment plans and budget, budget, budget! If you need a payment plan or would like special financing options, ask! Most professional photographers are happy to work with you to make all your dreams come true.
3. Check out referrals.
When looking for your perfect photographer, ask around. Your friends and family, your co-workers, even your hair dresser will all have a recommendation, so write them down. Read online reviews and do your research.
4. Interview & Ask questions.
Never hire a photographer just because they make pretty pictures. Yes, creating beautiful art is a factor you have to consider, but so is the persons personality. You need to meet them, talk with them, and ask them questions before you book them. I have had many a client come to me with horrible experiences from photographers that take lovely images…but are not nice in their customer service skills. It's sad but true, and you deserve to feel special during your session.
Now, I could list here a hundred questions you could ask any photographer. However, they won’t be your questions. So, here are the basics….
1.) Are they licensed/certified and insured?
2.) How much professional experience do they have?
3.) Do their prices seem reasonable?
4.) Does their style fit yours?
Those are the bare bone basics, and you should have several more questions to ask that are unique to your situation. What I recommend the most is to trust your gut!
5. Relax & Have Fun!
Congratulations! You have chosen a photographer and have booked a session with them. While you may have some worries on whether your kiddos will participate during the session, please trust your photographer knows what they are doing. After all, you picked an experienced professional. So, relax and enjoy the session. Be in the moment and have fun!
